Alcohol problem is not only restricted to men, lots of women are also having this alcohol addiction problem. It doesn't matter you call it alcoholism, or drinking heavily, abusing alcohol is a potent and sometimes deadly ager. It can destroy liver, decimates the heart, dangerously elevates blood pressure, saps energy, ravages the stomach, shatters the sex life, decreases fertility, short-circuits brain, aggravates diabetes, lowers immunity, increases cancer risk and trigger depression, stress and social problems, including marital and job difficulties.

Is there any yoga that can help the alcohol addicted?
