I am new to yoga classes, I want to ask you about Hatha Yoga, how it is better than others? What are the benefits of Hatha Yoga?

Hi!

Hatha Yoga consists of a series of asanas, and various breathing exercises, which are known as Pranayama. It creates a balance between the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual aspects of a human being.

The benefits of Hatha Yoga are: -
1.) It makes a balance of strength and flexibility.
2.) It also improves the organ function.
3.) It creates a better blood circulation in body.
4.) A person who practise it feels the relaxation of body and mind.
