Hello all of you,
I need your help. Actually, My mother has been experiencing anxiety attacks for few weeks. So, please advice few exercises that will help her to get rid of this problem? thank you!

Pranayama which is a breathing exercises can easily control anxiety attacks if done properly and under some guidance. Also, look at what's going on when the attacks occur. Ask your mother to perform Svanasana with eyes open, focusing on a spot on the ceiling. Backbends, gentle ones. These will surely help your mother's anxiety problem.
