I've a very busy routine, how can I fit yoga in? I will really appreciate your replies.

Hi!

You can easily do this. Deep breathing is very simple exercise, which can be done anytime and anywhere. You can easily integrate the philosophy of yoga in your life. Once you do it, then you will notice how stress is reduced and feel the relaxation.
