Hi

I use to practice yoga, and I know yoga helps to recover from depression, but I also want to overcome my old stress. I use to take a supplement called StressEez that contains good source of Vitamin B, I do it just to reduce the mental stress. I want to improve my mental condition, any comments?
What else I have to do?

Hi Alexis

You can improve your mental condition very well. Get the help from any yoga asana that helps to keep the mind calm, as yoga is a great tonic for mind and body, so it will definitely gives you the relaxation.
