Hi guys! My name is Kevin, 30, and I'm a back pain sufferer. Its is very difficult for me to wake up in the morning and to get out of the bed just because of my back pain...........but now I don't want it anymore. Can you advise me any yoga asana that can make me feel better and healthy? I want to get relief from this acute back pain.

Yoga asanas can relieve your back pain are following:
1. The corpse pose or Savasana - Helpful in releasing the tension and relieving the pain in the muscles of the back, and gives the complete rest to body and peace to mind.
2. The modified Ardha Matsyendrasana - Helpful in rotating the back and eases tension in the upper back and shoulders.
