Hello everyone,
I really liked the idea of macrobiotic diet. Macrobiotics emphasizes locally and organically grown whole grain cereals, pulses, vegetables, fruit, seaweed and fermented soy products, combined into meals according to the principle of balance between yin and yang properties.
