Hi

Yoga is really great, it has a power to rejuvenate a person?s body. Yoga slows down the aging process by giving the flexibility to spine, firming up the skin, strengthening the abdominal muscles, removing tension from the body, improving the tone of flabby arm muscles, and correcting poor posture. Yoga also bless a person with longer life.
I?ve experienced a lot from yoga, and I would say that you can also gain something from it.

i agree. Yoga gives flexibility and strength to all body muscles and also there are various very good postures for relaxation.

I wasnt having much faith in yoga 2 years back, but within a week of practice of few very simple yogic poses, i found a great relief for many ailments i used to have.

Also, yoga has helped me to stay active and work more.
