View Full Version : Feeling of great pain at feet?

Hi everyone,
Doing too many standing poses continuously, my feet get extremely painful right at the bottom hindering my practice especially when I try to improve and I had to stop because of the pain. Please suggest some tips by I can reduce the pain?
Any advice is appreciated!

While doing the standing poses, the general instructions to follow are: simply don't hold your feet in tight grasp; don't grab the mat with your toes; ground the "four corners" of your feet and lift the arches up.
