The proper diet of yoga includes cereals, wholemeal bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, pure fruit juices, milk, yogurt, butter, cheese, legumes, nuts, seeds, sprouted seeds, honey, and herb teas.
