Hi guys,
I need to know can you do yoga when suffering from cold? Based on the breathe and if you can't breath through your nose. Doing yoga while you arer sick is ok or it will not work at all?

Well, common cold is no sickness at all. Flow of water from the nose can be stopped by blocking the left nostril or doing the surya pranayama. It the attack is severe, then keep the head covered and place the feet in hot water for some time. Smelling of crystalline salt and giving warm massage around ther nose helps in removing the nose block. If cold is accompanied by fever then it is better to rest and allow the attack to subside. Do not expose your self to cold air or live in aircondationed rooms as this can cause exposure and may result in congestion of lungs and throat.
