Hi

I've a problem with backache, and I want to avoid it. One of my friend told me to practice yoga. I think before I practice yoga I should know about yoga, how it helps in reducing back pain?

Hi

Many postures in yoga strengthens the muscles in back, and abdominal muscles. These muscles are the important part of the muscular network of spine, and helps to maintain a proper posture of the spine. Yoga helps to make them in a well condition, and this greatly reduces the back pain.
