Hi all,
I have been doing yoga for about an year but I haven't had much time to do it in the last 45 days because I've been busy with my exams. anyone can recommend to me how I can get back into the excercises as it will take some time for my body to get back into the poses because of stiff muscles, I was wondering what stretches I can do in the beginning?
