Can you tell me which style is the best for losing weight? I've gained so much and want to reduce it. Any help?

Hi

Yoga can lose weight in few days, but if you practice it regularly. The exercises will burn your calories, then it tone up your muscles and improve of your posture. You have to maintain a proper yoga diet, drink lot water. Try to eat natural, fresh fruits and vagetables. Avoid junk and fatty food. Practice daily for 30min. to have good results.
