Hi
I practice yoga daily and I want to know how can I control my anger with its help? Can I do it?

Hi,
When you are angry, follow these steps to cover up:
Count to 10 before reacting to the situation, and do any physical activity to provide an outlet for your emotions. Go for a walk. Find ways to calm yourself. Do pranayama, and also you can listen to music.
