Hi

Yoga has developed a concept of balanced diet and nutrition. A whole branch of yoga is known as Anna Yoga. If you want to have good health then you can use the yoga techniques, and eat balanced whole food diet. This will improve the absorption, assimilation, and elimination. You should avoid synthetic and processed foods because these disturb the overall function.
