Hi

I’m happy from all sides but one problem always disturbs me- that is ‘ANGER’. My family members complaint a lot for this because sometimes I use to lash out in anger on very small things, so, now I want to control it, but don’t know how to do this?
My friend told me to do yoga, she said you could take a lot of help from this.
Again the same question arises- how to do as I don't know anything about yoga? What are the necessary things?

I’ll appreciate your yoga tips!

Thanks

I?ve very good lines of Swami Satchidananda on the yoga sutras ?

?Patanjali gives four keys: friendliness, compassion, delight and disregard. There are only four kinds of locks in the world. You can keep these four keys in your mind, and when you come across any one of these four locks then you?ll have the proper key to open it.
These four locks are ? sukha, dukha, punya and apunya, which are the happy people, unhappy people, virtuous people, and the wicked persons respectively. You can handle every type of people very easily when you can fit them into any one of these four categories.?

Or in other words we can say that treat happy people with friendliness, treat unhappy people with compassion, don?t envy virtuous people and be indifferent to wicked people.?

You should do Yoga to treat your excessive anger, and the asana for you is ?SARVANG ASANA?.
