I want to improve my memory and concentration with help of yoga, can you suggest me the way I can do it?

Hi,

Yoga has so many techniques to improve memory and concentration. Dharna is a state of focused attention that is used during asana, pranayama, and meditation. It helps the mind to become clear, focused and one-pointed. The asana, which use a gazing point improves the mental concentration, e.g. balancing postures. Pranayama (breathing exercises) increases the concentration and also nourishes the brain. Meditation is another step that enhances concentration of the mind. Its practice reduces the excessive thinking, and activates the brain to concentrate.
If you want to improve your memory then all these powerful tools (asanas, pranayama and meditation) are best for your brain.
