Hi everyone,
I need some help and guidance as I can't sit in Sukhasana for long. Please tell if there is any basic stretching asanas I can do that will help me? And how much time will it usually take to achieve that?

Sukhasana requires flexibility in the back thighs, back of the pelvis, and inner thighs, as well as external rotation of the hip joints. These are all very strong muscles that can take a long time to stretch. Everyone has a different anatomical structure in their hips, which may potentially inhibit this kind of movement.
