Hi all,
I've been practising yoga regularly. Recently, I noticed my right hip felt wrong. I can no longer do a lotus, maybe the socket might be pulled in too tight as a result of tightened hip flexors. Has anyone else experienced this? Any help!

I would recommend Sun Salutations/Surya Namaskara, hip openers, Camel Pose & Hero Pose/Virasana, Bow & Standing Bow poses, and Wheel pose/Chakrasana etc. Hope you will get some respite if asanas done properly.
