Can you explain something about Ananda Yoga. What are its benefits?

Hi
Ananda Yoga is a classical style of Hatha Yoga. It uses postures and Pranayama to awaken, experience, and begin to control the subtle energies of Chakras within oneself. Its goal is to use the energies to harmonize body, mind and emotions to get attune oneself with higher levels of awareness.
