I shall be grateful to you friends, if you suggest me any easy weight loss tips?
I'm trying very much, but still I doesn't get any results.

There are so many methods for weight loss, and you can get a lot of benefit from these. Here are few tips: -
1. Do exercise, it really helps very much to burn the extra amount of fat in body.
2. Do weight lifting, but you must know your limits, so that you won't get hurt.
3. Watch your daily weight record and keep a diary for this.
4. Always stay focused on one target and stick to it.
5. Check what ever you are eating, that must not be contrary to your other efforts of weight loss.
6. You can also join weight loss programs.
7. Always aware of the amount of food that you consume at a sitting.
8. Eat slowly, because it takes 20 min. to feel the fullness.
9. Eat less fat, it directly affects your health plan.
10. Have patience and always think positive about the results, because it is not a single day activity.
