Iam a person suffering with high blood pressure and one fault of myself which is making all the persons far from me is my reasonless anger time to time. so i want to have control over my anger, can you tell me any yoga asan or tips to get rid of this problem.

hello friend




you can have control over your both types of problems . you can do pranayam. sitdown in the dhyan mudra. start to count till 10. your anger will go away and your blood pressure will also be normal.
