Hello people,
Please inform me what is the advantage of Yoga over to other Exercises? Is there really any? Please give some input.

It is a very good question. A healthy body gives a healthy mind. Good health does not mean good stamina, bulging muscles and good appearence. Good health indicates a balanced mind, a healthy body and a sharp intellect. A good power of concentration, mental resilience, wit, good memory and presence of mind is very much part of good health. Yoga asanas (exercises) are designed to give the practioneer the aforesaid benefits besides a good looking appearence and good stamina. No other form of physical disciplines can give so much to anyone.
Asanas and pranayama are to be performed methodically to obtain the mentioned benefits. It also needs to be mentioned that asanas also awaken dormant spiritual powers in a human which no other form of exercises is known to give.

Exercise increases strength and stamina of the muscles but Yoga affects complete body mind complex and triggers a change from negative to positive direction on the physical, mental, spiritual plane of existence.
