Hi

I want to avoid my habit of drinking alcohol, can anybody explain me how I can do this with the help of yoga? Is it possible?

Hi

Yoga helps us to make our body fit and clean, its a kind of exercise, which is for our mind and body. You can prevent your alcohol addiction with the help of meditation, meditation will increase your power of concentration and concentration will help you to avoid alcohol. First you should be sure that you will really try your best to do this, I know it is a bit difficult for a addictive person but I'm sure you can do it if you really want. Meditate and be relaxed, eat balanced food, drink plenty of water and be calm. Concentrate on the thing that you really really want to avoid alcohol, so in this way, you can be free of this bad habit.
