Hi people,
Do you also find Dandasana & pashimottonasana poses hard or is it just me? I found it very difficult to just sitting on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you and your back straight. What you say??
Thanks for any input.

Some poses take time to get comfortable in.
You can take height under the sitting bones. For Dandasana, loop a yoga belt through its buckle, toss it over the top of the door, and place a block in the loop on the other side. Close the door such that you can sit with your back to the door AND catch the strap with your arms extended overhead. Keep the action in the lower limbs but use the arms to pull and create length in the spine.
