Hi everyone.
I am 31 years old and trying hard to quit smoking. I was thinking about going to have a yoga class. Maybe it would help me with breathing and maybe help me in stress and other factors in life. Has anyone ever been or done that in my situation and will yoga help me??
Thanks for any useful advice.
