Grapefruit diet is an ancient diet from the 1960's. It has, in spite of the bacon and eggs, a low calorie count so you will lose weight on it and gain more back.

I love grapefruit!!! I went to the store to get the stuff for the diet and ended up just getting a ton of fruit and veggies. Maybe the diet does really work but I'm just going to go the healthy route..
