Hi

Every person has his/her personal problems, and sometimes there are so many difficulties and hardships that a person feels disappointed, and lacks optimism. (Optimism is a feeling of hope that all is going to turn out well)

'Hope', which is a very essential thing for a human life but suppose if there is no hope then?
Life would become so much difficult, that person cannot be happy, so to deal with this situation, we need Optimism. And I want to cultivate it, but don't know how?

Explain how to become optimistic in hard situations of life?

I shall be thankful to you!

"Meditate", if you really want to tackle the situation. Everbody has different reasons for negative thinking, but what I did in my meditation courses - I just learned to beat negative feelings with the positive ones. I just not live my life but also observe it, truely living in the moment, and checks what causes the problem. Once you are able to recognize what really ticks you off, then work on that reason.
In moments of negitivity, take few deep breaths, and just repeat the line - "I'm an optimistic and I will beat negative feelings", and concentrate on your wordings.
Drink plenty of water, eat balanced food because what we eat - it simply affects our thinking, and do yoga regularly.
