Ujjayi yoga asana is beneficial for asthma patients. For its practice, you have to sit in Padmasana, and then close your mouth. Breathe slowly through both the nostrils, retain it for one or two minutes and exhale slowly through the left nostril. Try to expand the chest while inhaling, and you can also exhale slowly through both the nostrils.
