Hi!!

Yoga is very beneficial for back pain. It helps in strengthening the muscles. It needs concentration and particular use of muscles of the whole body, so, it ultimately helps in back pain. Stretching is must for the people, who are suffering from back pain. Yoga helps in maintaining good posture, balance and body alignment. It also arises the awareness of the body.
