Hi

I want to know how yoga can help me, when I'm tensed, and sometimes I can't sleep properly at night, so I get up early in morning. My problems are so much complicated that I can't tell you. Any ideas what I can do now?

Hi

You should see an experienced instructor and follow the guidance for a particular time, and once you are out of tension then you will understand what is the real cause your worry.

Remedial measures for stress relief are many. Shavasana is very effective. It has been experienced that any form of stress can be easily relieved by concentrating on the tip of the nose and simultaneously deep breathing for about 3 to 5 minutes. Deep breathing for 5 minutes and then lying down in shavasana will give sound sleep. This works in most cases, if still the problem persists contact me.:p
