Every morning, I do the greens and daily detox with the vitamins for over two yrs. now (using various flavours and types of it), I want to gain the benefits from this. I use it with water. Can you tell me how do I get it better?

I just make the green soup with all the green vegetables: parsley, spinach, cabbage, green onions, kale, celery, broccoli, etc. then I put it in the blender . Garlic, basil, rosemary etc. for flavour and sometimes I take carrots to make it more delicious.
