View Full Version : my body grumbles and become stiff

I do yoga regularly but when I miss the yoga class, the second day my body grumbles and become stiff esp. at the abs and sides. I know one must do warm up exercise before doing Yoga, but can anybody tell me what other thing I am missing out?

I too feel the same thing in my non-yoga days. I do yoga in a morning class but the day, I miss-out my class, goes bad.
