Hi

Can you tell me how I can improve my condition of mind with the help of yoga? Actually, I'm a doctor and with lot of work stress, I become restless. I want to improve my condition. Any help?

Hi,

Yes doctor William, you can improve the condition very much, but for this you have to do regular yoga practice. Yoga helps a lot in stressful condition of mind. Yoga asanas balance the different systems of the body, including the central nervous system, the endocrine system, and the digestive system.
Yoga creates a peace in mind by slowing down the mental activity, and by gently stretching the body.
