As I’m getting older, I know it’s important to take care of my body more than I did when I was young. I would like some suggestions for what I can do to live a healthier life without changing up too much of my routine. Specifically relating to my diet, I know there are products available that are simple and easy to add to my diet that will help with all of the “manly problems” I’m beginning to experience, like frequent urination, and other prostate issues. I have seen and bars, which look promising. But I’ve also seen stuff like these bars, which I’m curious about. What actually tastes good? And what will help my overall health and manly aging issues?

I haven't heard about these bars but I would say a healthy diet along with exercise can help your health out. Exercise could be something fun you enjoy doing like walking, hiking, golfing, swimming or walking the dog. Also try to visit your doctor at least once a year for a physical and check-up. By practicing preventive medicine and getting check ups, you can help reduce the risk of any major illnesses down the road by catching them early or preventing them all together.
