Hi

I'm doing Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga, and I've completed three yoga classes. I sweated a lot and I'm also walking daily for 60 minutes. But when I see the scales- I haven't lost any weight yet. I've been taking light meals, and three cups of tea in a day. Can you advice me what else I am missing out?
