Hi!!

I've been practising the Dragon position, but it leaves my ankles paining rather badly beyond the end of the session.
Can you suggest me something better for this, so that I can continue to practice yoga.

Hi!!

It may due to your tightening of your shins and ankles. Easing into the pose gradually for longer time may help. It's actually an excellent posture for loosening up the shins and fronts of the ankles. Warm up before getting into the posture.
