Hi

I am practising yoga for about five yrs. and I can do all the asanas fine. The difficulty I'm facing is because of the Halasana, when I try to touch the ground with my feet, but I can't and also I feel choked during the practice of asana. Can you tell me how can I do it?

Hi

You can take any private class from an experienced teacher and you can try Halasana over there, this is a better solution for you.
