Hi

I have joined a gym and also I practice Iyenger yoga classes since a week. I like to begin a fitness program that include yoga, and cardio. I want to lose about 15 lbs and want a young look. Can you suggest me what else I can do for this?

Hi dear!

Joining gym is very good for body muscles but you should give more stress upon yoga asana that is particularly for weight loss, and can also do some other cardio exercise, which are good for heart.
