Hi all
i have back pain, and consulted doc year ago n i 'ev been told that the disk in my spinal cord is touching the nerve and causing the pain.
took tablets as instructed, n i feel slight improvement however if i stand/walk for a long time i feel pain in my left leg and some times num.
can anyone advise how to improve the condition.
