Hi
I want to go on a fast for 20 days continuously, and I also practice yoga. I want to know - how yoga can help me in this? I have no experience of such a long fast, so tell something about it. I shall be thankful to you.

Hi Jacob,
I will just tell you that if you have done mini-fasts earlier, then you must have little experience of fasting, and fasting for 20 days might be a longer one. Fasting needs practice, I?ve tried it twice with a target of 10 days, and just stopped at 3 and 7. I consider these failures as my lessons of fasting. You can be better then me in doing fast but remember you have to experience new and strange sensations, so, if try for a short time then it would be cool. Yoga can build up your body, you can control your unwanted thoughts, and also you get a lot of self control with the help of yoga.
