I have a problem with my extra fat of stomach. I do elliptical machine for 1 hour every day, but have not really been seeing results. I do crunches, just I want to get rid of the fat on my tummy but I don't know how? Today I started yoga and didn't do elliptical. I want to keep my body fit and fine, can you suggest me how I can do it?
