hi, Im a research scholar univ. of california, santa cruz, and i new member of this forum. Im here becoz of my increasing weight.
My increasing weight is really tormenting me. I've gone thru a myriad of weight loss programs n tough diet plans, but still im gaining weight. I've really become butt of laughter.
Couple of days ago, i came to know about this forum, and now being its member, im really expecting some positive help from this forum. Can yoga power help me lose weight?
