Yoga is meant for people of all age groups. Upto 50 years of age almost all the exercises can be performed if one is not suffering from any chronic ailment. Above 50 one must not perform anti gravity postures like sirsasna (head stand ) etc. Infact asanas delay the process of ageing and keeps one fit and agile.
