Default Welcome to kate1002005 on The Sacred Yoga Forums

Welcome kate1002005!

Default Greetings!

Thank you for the welcome. I am glad I found this site - there is so much information here and I look forward to reading it all.

I am Kate, 42, female, residing in Canada. I love the outdoors, the wild wilderness. I have had a love of animals all of my life and feel a special relationship with them. I love children and work in a school in grades 1,2 and 3. I am very active and healthy. I love life!!!

I have tried meditation in the past and found it to be hard work. I think I have been deceived by the trendy definition of meditation in todays society. But I long for moments of complete and sublime peace, being totally still and very connected. I hope to find out how to accomplish this by visiting this site.

Looking forward to getting to know the regular people here.

And a special hello to Yogi.... the person who led me here.

Toodles,
Kate
