Smile Yoga creates an aura around the person

I've read in a brief article about yoga that it creates a certain aura around the individual, who regularly practises it. How I can do the same thing? What poses I should practice?

Thanks a lot!
Gloria

Thumbs up Aura around a person.

Gloria,
Aura is a halo around each individual. The aura is egg shaped and it emits various colors. The colors depict a particular aspect of the mind and body.
Only Yogis with advanced meditations and who have attained a very pure mind can see the aura. Some sustained practices in pranayama and some practices in hypnotism also make it possible to see the aura.
You already have an aura, you cannot create something which you are not. Your aura is what your body and mind are. Yes, you can purify your mind by the practice of pranayama, some yoga asanas and meditation then you will have a very pleasent aura around you. Mind you it is not as easy as most people think it to be. In case of any difficulty or further clarifications you can contact me.
