Hi everyone,
Can someone define properly the meaning of asanas to me? Anyone?
Any or all replies would be greatly appreciated.

Asana can be defined as the steady and comfortable posture. If you can't achieve ideal position, but if that position is stable and if you can maintain it
for longer duration then it is asana. But achieving ideal position but not maintaining it, then it is not asana.
