Talking Emotional disturbances

Hi

I've a problem with my dreams, I get emotional whenever I do yoga, and some dreams also disturb me, which are based on my insecurities. I'm confused what to do now? I let myself cry to get these thoughts to surface. Now I'm tensed that whenever these thoughts will resurface again then I'll go again in depression. Can you suggest me anything for this?

Lightbulb Meditation

Hi

You should stick to the meditation and yoga. Meditation can really help you in this. Do pranayama exercise, these very good for your brain.
